Service Refund Policy for NE Region Pest Control LLC

At NE Region Pest Control LLC, we strive to provide high-quality pest control services that meet your needs and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following terms regarding service refunds.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At NE Region Pest Control LLC, we stand behind our work with a service satisfaction guarantee. If pests return within the warranty period specified during your service, we will provide a free re-service to address the issue at no additional cost to you.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You have experienced recurring pest problems after multiple re-services.
The services provided do not meet the expectations outlined in the service agreement.
You cancel a service in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of the service and the nature of the issue.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us – Reach out to us within 30 days of your service date via phone at 401-390-2080 or email at office@nerpc.com.
Provide Details – Include your service details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation (e.g., service receipt, photos, etc.).
Evaluation Process – We will review your request and assess the situation within 7 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, we will process it in the following manner:
Full Refunds: If the issue cannot be resolved after multiple re-services, you may be eligible for a full refund of the service fees.
Partial Refunds: In cases where part of the service was completed successfully, but not to full satisfaction, a partial refund may be issued.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
Emergency services that were successfully completed at the time of the request.
Services rendered outside of the warranty period.
Any pest control services that have met the agreed-upon service objectives.
Custom or specialized treatments not covered under standard agreements.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any prepaid services. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a full refund.
7. Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to:
Services affected by factors beyond our control, such as customer actions or environmental conditions.
Services provided under a one-time or specialty contract that explicitly states it is non-refundable.
